I have until now not felt as though I could praise much of what President Obama has done as he nears his first 100 days in office. The signing of the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act promoting service and volunteerism has me doing just that. I am a staunch Republican-less government-more personnel initiative etc so I always salute anything that promotes action without throwing too much of our tax dollars away.. In borrowing from the JFK book, Obama has hopefully moved the spirit of Americans to reach out and help each other. Times are hard, and that is when this great nation of ours always shines. Whatever your political persuassion, take heed and follow the presidents lead and lets put our country back together and lead once again.
